Payment Terms and Conditions
Manitoba Blue Cross is pleased to offer counselling services / Counselling services are now available on a pay as you go basis to residents of Manitoba. You must be 18 years or older and have a valid Manitoba postal code to schedule an appointment using our online scheduler.
IF YOU WISH TO UTILIZE YOUR MANITOBA BLUE CROSS EAP OR IAP COVERAGE, PLEASE SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT BY USING YOUR MANITOBA BLUE CROSS ACCOUNT INFORMATION.
$115/session. Fees may be subject to GST. Please review our payment terms and conditions periodically as our fees may change at any time and without notice.
Currently, we only accept bookings and payment for our pay as you go service through our online scheduler. Payment methods that are accepted include VISA, MasterCard and Amex. Your credit card information will not be stored with, or shared by, Manitoba Blue Cross.
It is your responsibility to verify whether counselling services are covered by your insurance company, including but not limited to, whether you need a referral, what professional designations are covered, whether you have coverage for your partner and children, your coverage maximums, and how to submit a receipt to your insurance company.
It is our policy to email an insurance receipt after your appointment, regardless of whether you have or do not have coverage for counselling services. The insurance receipt is not confirmation that you have coverage.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your counselling session, we require 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to the full fee for the session. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact Manitoba Blue Cross at:
