Leader consultations
Contact us
We offer leader and workplace well-being consultations. In both scenarios, a consultation is a meeting where we can discuss a collaborative approach and ensure the best fit of our services to support you as a leader and the health and wellness of your teams and employees. This may include assessing a particular situation, gathering information or reviewing resources available. Once a discussion about the challenges you may be facing is completed, we can offer a range of services that can be tailor-made for your organization.
We offer an initial consultation at no cost. However, some services that may be recommended are available on a fee-for-service basis.
We offer leader and workplace well-being consultations at no additional cost for groups with Employee Assistance (EAP) coverage from Manitoba Blue Cross.
We provide flexible durations for consultations to suit you and the needs of your organization, with meetings lasting an hour on average.
Consultations can take place over the phone or through online video.
To request a consultation, please email workplacewellbeing@mb.bluecross.ca or call us at 204.786.8880 or toll-free at 1.800.590.5553. For the Deaf, hard-of-hearing and speech-impaired community, our EA centre can receive VRS calls. You may also contact us online by visiting here.
Custom groups are a tailor-made option designed as either a one-time meeting or an ongoing group discussion aimed at supporting your team and fostering resilience. During a workplace well-being consultation, we will gather information about your team’s specific needs and work environment, focusing on key team dynamics. Following the consultation, a custom group solution can be created in collaboration with the leader.
Custom groups are available on a fee-for-service basis.
Leadership coaching offers an ongoing, confidential conversation with a certified leadership coach who uses non-directive, judgment-free questions to trigger the ability to think and reflect while using an individual’s unique strengths, imagination and abilities. This process assists individuals in defining and achieving personal and professional goals, overcoming obstacles and advancing in their roles while supporting their organization.
Engagement typically lasts between three to six months, with sessions offered in person or virtually.
Leadership coaching is available on a fee-for-service basis. This first session is complimentary, providing an opportunity to experience non-directive coaching and ensure a mutual fit with a coach.
