How long will the wellness assessment take?

It takes about 10 minutes to complete the full assessment, including all six dimensions. However, each dimension takes about one to two minutes to complete individually.

Do I have to answer every question in the wellness assessment?

While we recommend answering each question within every dimension to better understand your overall health and well-being, select the "Prefer not to answer" option for any questions you do not wish to answer.

Do I need to complete the full assessment right now or can I complete it at another time?

You do not have to complete the full assessment within one session; you can save your progress and finish it later by creating a free wellness account here. Plus, by creating an account, you can track your progress over time and access curated content, tips and resources.
