Releasing the fear

There are many things in our daily lives amidst the current challenges that may create and build fear. Fear of the unknown, fear of losing control, or fear of death may be fears we find ourselves facing each day.

Our fear has the ability to fill up our whole picture and become all we see. Overcome by fear, we may feel as though we can no longer relax and enjoy the moment. When we feel fearful, we are in a state of resistance, and we struggle. When we can let go of the struggle, we can make space for the things we fear to change.
