Organizational assistance consultations
We provide timely and thorough consultations to help determine your organization’s specific needs, the impact on your employees and teams, and the appropriate response geared toward maximizing the therapeutic benefit for both the employees and the organization at large. Once a discussion is completed about the challenges you may be facing, we can offer a range of services that can be tailor-made for your organization, including:

What is a consultation?
We offer leader and organizational assistance consultations. In both scenarios, a consultation is a meeting where we can discuss a collaborative approach and ensure the best fit of our services to support you as a leader and the health and wellness of your teams and employees. This may include assessing a particular situation, gathering information or reviewing resources available. Once a discussion about the challenges you may be facing is completed, we can offer a range of services that can be tailor-made for your organization.

We provide flexible durations for consultations to suit you and the needs of your organization, with meetings lasting an hour on average.
